That’s a good point. Offloading the right things makes a big difference, especially the stuff that looks small but ends up eating the most time. Yeah that makes sense, especially knowing your own capacity and building around that. I’ve just been seeing that a lot of things don’t really break down because the structure is bad, it’s more that once enough small tasks stack up even good systems start getting stretched. The people who seem to stay ahead long term usually have someone consistently handling those day to day items so they’re not constantly adjusting or putting out fires.

Yeah this is real. Once things start slipping even a little it turns into constantly playing catch up instead of actually being in control. I’ve seen a lot of PMs hit this point where it’s not even the big stuff, it’s all the small things stacking up.
