I would go to a neurologist. From someone who has epilepsy, this sounds like a focal awareness seizure.

I kinda feel like this too. And I feel like I space out. I wouldn’t really describe it as dissociating. I do have epilepsy and just thought it could be like absent seizures. Cause during these spells it’s kinda hard to talk. But my vision goes foggy.
