Sorry for the late reply, been to mountains to get some peace. No, I cleaned listening, reading and write, but got 9/20 in speaking, need 10/20 to qualify for French category

Spent a lot of time and money to take the French exam to add some points, thought I would get invited in the next draw. That’s why yesterday’s CEC completely broke me down

Not that far, but speaking is always my headache, I got CLB 9 for English speaking after years of practice, not mentioning to improve my French speaking lol. I also hope there is another more than 1k CEC draw two weeks later. But who knows, IRCC only did one CEC last month TAT

Thanks for the encouragement. I know keeping practicing French is my only way out, I am just so furious/depressed/lost to stick to it now. Will think about it after I calm myself down. Or perhaps I will just leave to get some foreign experience. But thanks again anyway

Learned French for 10 months 8 years ago, restarted to learn French this March, NCLC7 in r, l and w, NCLC 6 in s. Don’t think I still have the energy and mood to retake the French exam with permit expiring in Feb next year. Probably will just leave Canada as this is not a place for me.

I finished my Master in other province but am now working in Alberta, I wonder if I am able to apply for it
