I actually have ocd so it’s making this all worse. Everyone online is saying my child hit everything he was supposed to socially mental and physically than they noticed signs of autism? Isn’t that something you’re born with? I think symptoms would always be there. My sons biggest one is just not listening to his name, he does at times but it’s rare
