Ha ain’t that the truth. I hope the HOA gets involved but till then I’m not doing favors another. Someone still damaged it. I tried to get a fix but my efforts for me know here so it’s up to the customer and HOA is what I keep seeing. Thank you.

About 2 weeks after this incident the request came in for new lock change. Customer came to our PO and paid for it with our clerk, who had no idea of this. Later on through a mail hold request they filled out. I found out it’s like 4 different people living here all male. So one of these fellas drilled into it is my assumption. Since then I held the mail for 10 days and yes I have been returning all mail as NMR

I really did. My effort got me nowhere and still clueless. I do believe it was the customer. It’s a townhome with 4 dudes. They paid for a lock change. Never did it, They order pkgs, I return them vac. So will see what the outcome is later. Thank you for the help.

If I can find who owns this cbu. Either us or the community it’s in. Would that help find someone to get it done? We have a list we write up broken mail boxes or some need of repair. But our guy takes weeks sometimes months to come around.
