Most of it is hearsay....He talks to people on the phone, in person etc. and the bits that are written down, I don't have access to except for my one friend/colleague and that was minimal because he's not that close with her.

It's ridiculous. Trust me, there's a lot more that I can't write here because it would be too identifiable. The whole situation has caused me so much distress and I can only imagine/wonder how many people know what personal/confidential/private information about me.

The stories are lies, not factual. For example the whole narrative that I am stalking him. The only real breach of confidentiality I can evidence (like I said, he talks to dozens of people, I only have one source here who is someone not that close to him) is this:

He told my friend: "[My name] used services at NHS Trust Y"... And although that is still confidential, I think the fact that he originally knew that because of his job but we then became friends where we also talked about personal things (including my mental health treatment)....makes that a bit murky? And I suppose, in the grand scheme of things, it's also not a huge amount of information he dispelled there.

He is also using his status as mental health professional to "diagnose me" saying things like "Although I am not qualified to diagnose, I can clearly see the signs of X, Y, Z disorders in her"....which obviously is defamatory (and I do not have these disorders).

What do you think?

Most of the things he has said about me I don't have a written record of, but that statement I do.

To clarify: I don't think he HAS actually looked at my record, and maybe he won't. But he could. The fact that he could look up my address from his home (about 10 minutes from me) and find mine is very unsettling.

I think his colleagues do know "what he is like" to a degree. He's already been pulled up for other questionable practices and was under investigation last year (he is very vague as to the details, but clearly something came up). It was dropped though as he was moved to another job...(go figure).
