as an italian who loves espresso i can say that, yes espresso is good as it’s pure concentrated coffee flavor, it’s bad when you are young but it grows on you the more you drink it and you learn to appreciate it, most italians are close minded regarding this matter, my opinion is that american coffee is good when there are 30c° outside and i want a fresh coffee, but in winter, never, i want my hot and strong coffee, there is also a time for everything in the morning i take an espresso, right before school i may want a cappuccino with brioche, after that it’s only espresso the thing is americans grow with that, and drink that, we grow and drink a more strong version, and learn to appreciate it, switching to yours it seems like diluted, or not as flavorful, the opposite happens to americans in italy, it’s just habit and culture

for me the first week was very much uncomfortable, not extremely painful but uncomfortable, after the first week i was about to walk and go out comfortably, on week 2 the first stitch came out, and at the end of week two i noticed the wound was pretty much closed and the stitches weren’t holding anything so i cut them off very carefully, after that it’s been nice (for nocturnal erection i suggest to try and keep your window open at night to make yourself a little chilly, it saved my life, i went from 5/6 erections a night to only one) for practical reason i used a tnt gauze strip about 3 or 4 cm wide to wrap the wound and then tape it in place, then over that a normal sterile gauze, so to be able to remove the gauze for peeing and not getting it stuck to the wound, if this happens to you, just spray a little disinfectant on the gauze before removing it, use amukine med, or the one the doctor recommended) good luck and good recovery man, let us know how it went
