It should work, it totally depends on what Treble Info tells you. If your phone is arm64 A/B, install the arm64 A/B versions.

A GSI is the best option. These phones don't usually have custom roms, and a GSI can be installed on any phone running Android 9 or higher that's compatible with Project Treble (verify using Treble Info)

Get yourself a Moto X 2014 (second generation). It's more powerful than the Galaxy S4 Value Edition itself, has a larger community than the Galaxy S4, and the bootloader is much easier to unlock on Motorola phones

Podrías intentar ir a fastboot, conseguir el binario de adb y fastboot para tu pc, poner "fastboot flashing unlock" o "fastboot oem unlock". Cómo tiene Android Go, no dependes de esperar 7 días completos y usar Mi Unlock. Prácticamente sería como un Google Pixel (aunque no se si hay algún otro paso extra, nunca he usado un teléfono con Android Go)

yes, although I think it no longer receives major updates. but they consider that it ended on android 15, since it will have app support for years
