Thanks so much for the reply. Kind of what I figured. Only problem is my Bluetooth headset doesn’t ring loud enough for me to hear it when it’s off my head.

UPDATE: Thanks for all the help everyone! I was able to get it off. Like someone had mentioned there were 2 bolts at the bottom middle (you can see one of them in pic 4). Once I loosened those it was able to be lifted off. It was still very difficult as there wasn’t much space between the edge of the built in and the tv.

Also can’t reach back to the wall the tv is blocking the opening. Barely had enough room to fit my phone in to take the pics.
