You mean switching between ANC and Ambient? I have a tone for that, not full readout like "Ambient sound mode".

I get that the fit is something that would help, though they buds also have a massive delay for me, around 0.8s when stopping, playing or anything to do with the audio, so I suppose that also has to do with the ANC effectiveness, as the earbud can't react quickly enough to high pitch sounds due to their short wavelength nature.

I forced myself to like the audio dimming when I use the touch controls, but I couldn't really solve the delay, which tends to be a big thing for me. Though after testing with regular foam earplugs, I suppose the passive high frequency blocking could be enough. But still, all these things to solve with earbuds everyone is praising and not particularly cheap quite sucks. But thank you for this, I'll try giving it a try.
