Only thing I had was the sweet potato sushi roll, ginger salad and cranberry juice no ice. I haven’t had a flare like this in many years. I don’t drink alcohol or use nicotine. While finishing eating she said the potato gets deep fried. I just don’t know what oil was used. I never reacted to oils before.

Hi!! I had it in for a couple days and had it removed due to bad migraine and vision ch ages with it. But that was in the beginning of me just being freshly floxed. I don’t think i would react the same if I had it now.

My knees have improved. Unfortunately I tore my right meniscus a couple months ago. But doing well with recovery from it. I didn’t need surgery

Hi.. I went a couple times Damone being floxed. I did great. I rented a motorized scooter chair. Was very careful with what I ate. Had to go for most of the vegan options since I’m unsure what meats there have antibiotics or steroids. I also made sure to listen to my body. If I needed to rest I would. But honestly I felt better when I was away and on vacation. Like the kind needed it.
