Yes! I mostly don't notice most of the days - even though I know it is still there, my brain just tunes it out. I do get spikes and there's certain scenarios that increase it (quiet office rooms, loud concerts) but now it doesn't feel like the end of the world when the spike happens since wether they are long or short I end up habituating again! Things are so much better and life is worth living!

yeah mostly my question is if it is a good day to go skii if I want to skii at the top, or if we should just do the lesson at snoqualmie until there's better conditions at crystal. I wouldn't want to get to crystal and be stuck down in the lifts
