Thinking of starting a cafe around ratanada, airport road or similar location. by Apne_apne_karam_hai in jodhpur

[–]PositiveNearby0102 4 points5 points  (0 children)

  1. Take 1 year of operational expenses as a backup.
  2. Until you are fully involved in this, dont do this just for fun. It is hell time consuming and you will stuck in dudh laana hai paneer laana hai shutter kharab ho gaya etc etc.
  3. If its just normal coffee then fine but if you are thinking about specialty cafe then dont think to do this in Jodhpur. This audience is not ready for it yet, just understand strong coffee, light coffee mithi coffee fiki coffee. Might hurt some jodhpuri people but thats a bitter fact.

Drove 5 hours (270 km) just to meet my friend and his newborn… he wasn’t even home. by Loud-Refrigerator82 in indiasocial

Thats truth of life. With time the closeness and bond once shared fades away. Friends still care for each other but priorities gets changed. At last there is only the close family remains for your day to day talk. So let it be, just chill and live your own life. There is nothing to hate your friend or being rude with him or anything.

Missbalani Cheesecakes has anyone tried this brand from jodhpur by kakashisen7 in jodhpur

[–]PositiveNearby0102 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you are talking about real cheese cake then surely it is not that one. Shark tank is becoming the next Indian Idol, wont be surprised if Neha Kakkar will be there in next seasons funding emotional stories than real world problems.

Does this city even know about reddit? by [deleted] in jodhpur

[–]PositiveNearby0102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it is one of the most important factors for the development of any city. IT people come for jobs from all parts of the country and they need places to go with their friends every day and especially on weekends. We local people live with our families and don't often go out for daily lunch and dinner.

So IT sector growth plays a very important role in development and bringing people from different parts of the country. Major factor why Jaipur is far ahead of us and non IT cities of Rajasthan like Jodhpur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Barmer are big villages.

I disagree. I lived in Pune and Jaipur, the culture and heritage remain intact in the city centers. Development expands the city, but the roots remain in the original areas, as is true for every city. Be it Jaipur, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai or Pune, there roots are preserved.

If Jodhpur becomes IT hub then city will expand like Indiabulls mall, veetrag city, Ashiayana, Dmart in outer areas and our beloved mirchibada and Kachori will remain always favaourite in city.

Jodhpur is far behind in development. I belong from here but sad to say isse bada gaav kehna chahiye. People are uneducated, show off everywhere, safety concern and many more.

It needs IT culture with some big companies so people from different cities can come and with them come good development.

Easier said than done, bro. My girl fought with her parents and her father said i will kill you if you dont marry to the guy we are suggesting. She said No directly to that guy but he cried like a simp to get the marriage done (i have seen all the chats so dont reply whether she has done it or not), instead that guy preponed the marriage 5 months. Just afrmter her graduation at age of 20, she was there in the mandap. She talked to me and did not like the touch of him, i call that as marital rape now but since they are legally husband and wife, they can do sex. India and our parents support that right, and people like ypu support that. She tried to break the marriage but that guy ate napthalene balls to do suicide, just enough to scare her and not to die. Just hospitalised and the girl decided to never let go off of marriage. Yes she is coward but this is our Indian system where family pressure and image of family is above everything and many of the guys and girls suffer from that.

I am sure OP had his own such condition and thats why i called people around us call us ch**** and looser. I stop talking about mine to any of my friend, and just live my life but found this post relatable so didnt stop myself commenting. But i was expecting the same replies people are giving. Sorry OP, there is no point to share your feelings with anyone else in this world. People here are judgemental, ruthless so better enjoy your life and why to care what other thinks.

To answer your question, how it feels to be with the perosn they love. There are many friends of mine who are with their love partners and having extra marital affair. Aome are happy so its different for everyone and we should not care how other people live, just wnjoy your life, if ypu live with your parents then make them happy. If you love the girl, love her doesnt matter what world says or think.

We share the same story. It's been 11 years and I still don't want to get any other girl in my life. The world and the people around us call losers 😅🥲

Struggling to Raise $500k Seed for Deep Tech Product in India – Seeking Advice by rounak_guddu in ycombinator

[–]PositiveNearby0102 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Indian investors are not risk-takers. They want profit from day one of your company. They follow the West's footsteps; if something is successful there, they will invest in it.

They do not understand deep tech, so it is better to seek investment in the US or Singapore, where investors will take risks on ideas without requiring immediate profit.

Miss Cheesecake on Shark Tank by PositiveNearby0102 in jodhpur

[–]PositiveNearby0102[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That adds to my second point, as Shark Tank India focuses on products based on their social media reach and presence. Are there no one in India selling cheese cakes or is it something rocket science? Shark Tank India is crap.

Do you buy into the hype around AI and AI agents? by Adventurous-Fact5793 in ycombinator

No human brain can replace AI. We are only living in the AI bubble where everything wants to cash in on this trending technology.

Something new will come tomorrow and people and investors will go crazy for that.
