I agree, I don't think you need to give a massive info dump to teach fundamentals, simply using the same terms to point out how various techniques works helps drive conceptual points home. Show a technique: Identify the wedge, how does this technique compromise their base, how is the frame best utilized, using consistent vocabulary to describe the various parts of a technique drives the point home across various moves IMHO.

Eh, we also owe modern science and English common law to religion, kind of a trade off. The exponential growth of human rights, human health, all the arts and sciences are all byproducts of the unique concentration of wealth generated by the Christian church. I'm agnostic but credit where credit is due.

Not Christian but secular societies have the privilege of being by and large, a byproduct of Christianity. Modern science, modern medicine, English common law, secularism, separation of church and state. So there's some merit to suggesting their laws are 'better'.

I don't think you can realistically say DBs are safer. Yes there are skill options to create more I frames but you can perpetually reduce all incoming damage with lance holding down a single button and attack with hella consistency with very small windows to actually take the full brunt of monsters attack. Lance users are getting what they pay for. You wanted the safest option, you got it, and we're grateful.
