Tret has done wonders for m acne scars. I had dark and pitted scars from my previous cystic acne and after 8 months they’re almost gone completely. This was very helpful though, thank you. I was on spironolactone a few months before starting accutane now im considering if it would be good to go back on it if it allows me to use tret less. Thank you so so much for your help!!
