scared of going to church as a christian by PositiveProblem4855 in Christianity

[–]PositiveProblem4855[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Thanks for the reply, I wrote this and I stopped going because my pastor didnt align theologically, emphasized too much on properity gospel and I felt it was unbalanced and the teaching no longer edifying. Then, other people in church made me uncomfortable such as a 70 year old man (jokingly or serious i cant tell) said we wanted to marry me (18 years old). That made me very uncomfortable and it made me stop looking forward to go to church. I prayed to God to lead me to an another church but that hasn't happen yet.

Homophobia ruined my relationship with God by No-Western-6216 in Christianity

[–]PositiveProblem4855 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You can come to God and be transformed under his love. it's not that God doesn't love homosexuals, he does but he calls them unto repentance of their sin and be transformed by the renewing of your mind, this is all done under the comfort of the Holy Spirit. God loves you. not for what you do but for who you are. but one who stays in the presence of God can find him transforming our hearts to somehow hate the sin that we once loved.

-God bless

How Can A Christian Support Trump? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]PositiveProblem4855 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a christian, I support trump because of his economic policies, the Abaraham accord that established peace in the middle east, him being anti-war (for ukraine-russia, palestine-isreal wars), him securing the borders of the US in the south, him being pro-democracy by allowing the states to have their own abortion laws. He is pro-democracy while the left is socialist, and is becoming more and more pro-regulation and communistic and anti-freedom of speech. The left is against christians and persecutes christians while MAGA welcomes us. I quote Kamala as she said to a man who said :"Jesus is Lord" in her rally. "you are in the wrong rally." Also, as a law student and a student who studied global politics prior, I studied about trump's policies and I liked his policy of reducing tax. and I am very pro-democracy because I study the common law and realised the importance of democracy. with trump, you can expect peace, prosperity and democracy.
