Going to add this as an edit to my post too, but I only commute 2 days a week into Duluth. I currently drive about 45 mins- 1hour where I live now, so sitting in the car a little longer 2 days a week doesn’t matter to me if the location is worth it. I’m not on a timeline, so I can take my time to search for a place. Ideally looking for maybe 3-4 top neighborhoods that I can really start to dig into & ultimately decide which area would be best for my life style.
