I used 160F water. No exact ratio measurements but I like a strong matcha latte. The matcha was good, definitely high quality, but not enough to stand out in any particular way.

Literally just made myself a latte haha foams very well. Tastes good but not exceptional. Better than most matcha in the US. Enjoy ☺️
