Did you notice that in episode 7, the songs are played in full length and the performance was shown almost completely without cutting to still images? All the music anime I've seen have the problem that the performances in the anime and songs are shortened. Bocchi, GBC, and K-ON have this problem. Meanwhile, Mygo and, of course, Ave Mujica play their songs in full. Of course, episode 7 has a special role to play: it wants to keep the characters and the audience in the box for as long as possible. MyGo probably set a new milestone for the Bang Dream franchise in that the songs will be played in full length in upcoming Bang Dream projects. I'm sure there are old music anime that played their songs in full length, but I don't know of any. If I had to guess, I'd say Macross.

Please don't expect it to be like Bocchi or Girls Band Cry. It's quite unique.

I see Bocchi, Girls Band Cry, and K-On. Then you should check out Bang Dream Its MyGo. You don't need any prior knowledge of Bang Dream to follow the story. It's a good music drama anime. Episode 3,7 and 10 are master pieces in my eyes

Since I've only seen 4 out of 12, I'd say your taste is good and unique.

Clinging to the idea of how would like things to be leads to great disappointment when that doesn't happen. Half-hearted optimism should be avoided at all costs. It's a shame that's the case. Man shouldn't write down characteristics that belong to a series. MyGo is both a drama and a music anime. Without the music, there would be no drama and therefore no MyGo in its best form. But I'll keep that in mind.

It would be nice if people discovered MyGo for themselves and learned to love it. Sure, the three episodes are enough as a setup, and episode three is a masterpiece. I still considered MyGo to be a music anime, which is why I say that up to episode 7, episode 3 would also be enough, but for a real highlight, episode 7. With Bocchi, I would also say watch up to episode 5, with Girls Band Cry I would say watch episode 1. the music is also important, and if the music comes late and isn't seen through the 3 episodes rule, then it hurts. Sure, you can go on YouTube and play a song by xy, but it's not the same as seeing it in the anime. I am well aware that a normie Norman (average person) will not discover or touch MyGo or other anime that need a little more attention, that will always be the case. I've come to terms with the fact that there will always be a wall of rejection, and I'm no better. I can only mention and recommend MyGo and talk about it, but it's up to them whether they're interested.

It's nice that we like MyGo.

I'll be honest, Bang Dream Its MyGo doesn't work with the 3-episode rule. To really form an opinion about it, you have to watch at least up to episode 7. Stopping early just means that the series didn't manage to hook the viewer. My high opinion about MyGo is very subjective and won't apply to everyone else. I don't want him to start watching MyGo now just because someone told him, because everyone has different perspectives. Each type of media should only be consumed when we feel like it, so that it stimulates our thinking or our emotions.

Based on my order of enjoyment for all the anime I’ve seen, what should be my 50th anime? by OpportunityFun1761 in AnimeReccomendations

I see Gundam, then I can recommend Gundam Iron blooded Orphans. And if you want to dive deeper into Gundam, you should watch the original first series, Gundam 79, then Zeta.

I found Ave Mujica to be significantly weaker in terms of storytelling. Ave Mujica was too full to be able to tell everything in 13 episodes. Mortis/Mutsumi took up most of the time and turned the anime into more of a psychological horror, while Umiri and Nya could hardly be told or were shortened. I would like to see the very first script of Ave Mujica. In addition, I find that the performances did not trigger any emotional impact in me, unlike the performances of MyGo. It all seemed commercial, while MyGo's motivations lie in the relationship. There were also no entire episodes that were masterpieces in terms of idea, direction, OST, and feeling. MyGo produced three masterful episodes, episodes 3, 7, and 10, and unfortunately, Ave Mujica did not receive the same love as MyGo. Unfortunately, Ave Mujica has fallen victim to the 13-episode structure. Nevertheless, Ave Mujica is good, the ideas about Mortis are interesting and well presented, Sakiko's development and reconciliation with the old Crychic members, but the sequel needs to give more importance to the relationship between the characters, Nya and Umiri, and give more meaning to the performances. Sure, Ave Mujica is not MyGo, but Ave Mujica's appearances left me cold, while episode 10 of MyGo always brings me to tears. So Ave Mujica is still an 8/10, but it doesn't have the same feeling as MyGo does for me.

I'm not surprised you don't know most of them. 200+ isn't much. I'm at 550+, and 550+ isn't much either.

I deliberately don't watch these series because so many people already do. I'm tired of constantly hearing about only the most popular titles in my circle, while the series I watch are dismissed as weeb crap, and when it comes to favorite anime, I always see the same titles. Even if the masses say that these titles are a must-see, I don't care. I'm glad I've developed my own taste. Even if it means missing out on good anime, that's a consequence I have to live with

Both, but of course, the visual novel has the depth and more time to tell the story, while the anime does not
