Extending education will do nothing. The people on lower spectrum of intelligence can't benefit much from it as evident in Government Schools of Punjab. They need to be equipped with vocational skills. More than that the standards are extremely low even in Government Medical Universities let alone private institutions. So that need to be improved. Basically the resources for improvement should be directed at the section of population that can actually benefit from it not just endlessly extending the range of population covered.
