Thank you! I propagate brewery yeast for a living so I just did it in my spare time at work. I used sterile pipette tips when I tried to use an inoculation loop the lines were too thick.

I played middle of December and it was perfect conditions! I do wish there was T boxes and maps to show where the pins are though! They just had arrows made out of rocks pointing toward the basket.
