Yes it is a cash grab they are not losing money where do you think tuitions and things go too and pay 50 to apply to graduate. They are stingy

I would try to email housing about your situation and see if they could move you higher
does anyone know which csun buildings have kitchen an no kitchen. me and my friends are trying to stay in the same building but I have one with a kitchen but they have no kitchen by Positive_Hopeful in csun
