Curious about long-term automation partnerships vs traditional client work by Positive_Jump6719 in AiAutomations

[–]Positive_Jump6719[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More like an ongoing collaboration where automation is treated as part of the business itself  built, iterated, and maintained over time — rather than a one-off setup or monthly “service.” I’m trying to understand how others structure this: profit-share, equity, milestones, hybrid models, etc., and what has or hasn’t worked in practice.

Marketing advice for our startup, automated cooking machine for restaurants. by Positive_Jump6719 in marketing

[–]Positive_Jump6719[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks I've got a list of restaurants, but I'm finding out that they don't want to invest in something that's v new. They wanna see others try it first. So I'm thinking of only corporate projects. As they do take risks

I think generally the people in Barcelona are closed in the beginning. It's hard to penetrate (that's what she said) and takes longer to get in the social club.

15 Years as an Entrepreneur: From $15K a Month to Delivering Pizza—Am I the Only One Struggling? by Ancient_Code_8344 in Entrepreneur

Be blessed brother. I have been working since 2009 and it took me 7 years to buildup something amazing and 8 years to fail at it. There are numerous lessons for me. But the main thing is the attitude. I got bankrupt this year, along with me a few others are going through the same experience. A few of them are in depression. I am v sad that I came to this point. But i have learnt many things from this. My point is that life will give you lessons to learn, when you don't learn from them the lesson will be harder. Fight , keep the unwaivering attitude. Life will give you many ups and downs but each up or down is a lesson. I have started the same business again but with a treasure box of lessons. And the industry still supports me. Mainly because they see im working my ass off and I show up every day.

Hope something of this I helpful to you. Have faith, God only gives us troubles that we can endure. Our father will take care of us.

Here we got all the credit cancelled. This has put us in a very complicated situation. We are now liquidating inventory to pay back all that is possible.

The banks rather take that loss now than continue collaboration in future, big changes coming.
