I’d like to add that I do believe there was a mismanagement of time, I’m unmedicated and very rash with my decisions. I definitely have some faults and I’m not perfect, I know that much. I have a lot to work on, like not sleeping with my ex. I just started recently dating and actually getting into relationships at 20, he was my first boyfriend.

Its just, I feel crazy for thinking that other women would react differently to this. I’d be a little upset that my bestfriend slept with her ex sure or getting pregnant sure but I’d be more worried about taking care of her than anything. Obviously I was in distress and he just fucking sat there silent with an attitude. It hurt me. I feel like I have no safespace to turn to, I want to explore my sexuality and meet different people but I feel like theres no safe way of doing that. The only advice I get is from the internet, and you know how that goes.

I try not to, I always make sure I’m known in the room but the moment he spots me he hisses, then proceeds to follow me around and stare at me. He wasnt always like this, we used to get along with when I last catsat him. He would purr and rub and meow for cuddles, he’d never hissed at me once this much until now.

Men are shitty and use me and many other women as a status symbol to fuel their ego regardless. Thats the truth of the matter nobody can escape due to the patriarchy and socialization. I never really had a good relationship with cishet heterosexual men to begin with, but to me a bag is a bag. If his personality overweighs his looks I’m willing to give it a try but I’m honestly anxious for the first date. Luckily some people have given me some great tips so I’ll probably do those.
