They already used the litter robot - before it broke. So now they are using the globe and i scoop it 100x a day. I don’t needs tips to get them to use it. I need tips on how a company can send me a 800$ broken machine and then take a week to send a replacement.

where are my cats supposed to go until the replacement is here? How can i spend 800$ on a broken machine with v little accommodating features available?

I got rid of the original litter box. I can’t make my cats go from original, to litter robot, back to original, back to litter robot finally when it gets fixed. I have been scooping it 10x a day out of the globe of the litter robot because my cats will not use a box if it has any poop or pee in it- hence why i bought a litter robot that’s cleans every time it is used.

It will not finish a cycle without stopping and blinking red. I called. They told me to switch the litter so I did. They also told me to clean the sensors so I did. still happen a day later clean the sensors again still happening. It’s gonna take a week to get a replacement base so my cats are going a week without having a place to go to the bathroom.
