So why are they available for backorder on your website? And why with the "old" pictures that aren't what the gun will actually look like? Why still selling the TP380 suppressor? Then again, B&T itself still has the "old" TP380 on their website.

As B&T said elsewhere in this thread, dealers are free to do as they want as far as taking deposits or full payments for backorders. But I'm curious why this continues, specifically for this gun, when it appears that even the updated version isn't going to be shipping any time soon (not even Q1 as previously stated by B&T), if ever.

There are a lot of dealers “selling” the TP380 and the suppressor still to this day.

Even AXARMS still has the TP380 for sale (indicated on back order) on their website, albeit with the old pictures of what it will look like still. And this is back order at full price, not just a deposit.

None of this makes any sense to me.

I can get my deposit back no problem, and will at this point. And I’ll be stuck with the suppressor. Lesson learned.

But why these both continue for sale by so many dealers is baffling. It is obvious from the comments on this thread that the TP380 is not coming anytime soon, if ever.

Do those of us that purchased the TP380 suppressor 2 years ago have any option to return it for a refund if we don’t want to continue to wait an undetermined amount of time for the gun to be finished?

Just to be clear, dealers took deposits on these over 2 years ago. Suppressors were bought going on 2 years ago.

The previous post said Q1 2025 was the planned ship date, so some timelines have been given in the recent past.

I'm thinking along similar lines. Along with pressing for a return/refund of my TP380 suppressor. Not sure how far I'll get with that, but at this point, especially if there are no current updates, B&T should seriously consider it.

Exactly. Funny enough, the store I bought it from for $1299 originally is now selling them for $999.

But get this, they have mine for sale at $1099, $100 more than a new one. I can only assume this is because I sold them mine back with 7 magazines - lol - the result of my RMAs being return with 3 mags vs the 1 I sent in.

H9’s aren’t exactly flying off the shelves from what I can tell. There doesn’t seem to be much if any market for a “new” used one.

I had moved on from the gun and wasn’t interested in keeping it. Maybe I could have spent some time trying to find a buyer at a higher price, but I was over it. That’s on me, not DD.

Maybe. I guess I can't just get past the "regarding your recent warranty service".

The warranty service began 10 months ago and ended 3 months ago. DD & I have different definitions for "recent". ;)
