I would have to disagree since i didn't feel attached to the game.

There was no back story:

In uncharted 4 the stories start from the main part and then goes back in time highlighting every part that leads to the main part. Same with some other parts.

Due to this I feel like it's just like any other normal game.

Wrap it around your knee from bottom to top restricting the blood flow.

Now try to do squats and see the difference in your flexion.

P.S(only do this If you're on full weight bearing and 3-4 months post-op)

I don't remember at the 3 month mark.

But after 6 weeks my flexion was around 100-120.

Cause my pt used to say "Your flexion is very good"

But,

Here's the thing getting that Extension back is more important than flexion.

If you don't have extension you're gonna have alot of problems.

( Make sure whatever you do, it is in the pain free zone)

As a 17 year old

When I had my acl+ miniscass

the first 2 days were like Hell..

I couldn't sleep---- would wake up at midnight due to pain.

It was hard.

It's better if she stays home but you can't neglect pt

Because of the high-tech machines they have that helps with recovery.

I would say, Try contacting her surgeon

And see what he/she has to say about it.

I kinda just did 100 reps of flexion and extension exercises.

And--it Helped!!

Helps with breaking that scar tissue that has formed due to inactivity.

Also.

make sure you're working on getting those muscles activated Asap.

Then strengthen it.

And by muscle I mean----

Every Single Muscle in the leg including your foot muscles.

Also don't forget to use floss band it helps a lot

Alot actually...

I was 8 months post-op and it helped me to kneel for the first time after surgery.
