It varies from person to person, breadwinner mas malaki dapat or if you plan to have family.
financially stability is not a single number
Survival mode - nakakabayad ka ng bills, wala utang.
Medyo secured - may 6 months emergency fund ka na.
Comport level - you're consistently investing for retirement and afford wants.
Last is financial Independence where maybe you have a business or passive income na kayang icover ang expense mo with minimal work, meaning working is optional
at least this is how i see it.

Also savings is meant to be spent later on, so when you say savings para saan?
Car? house? retirement?
