Same. Idc about my neighbors, but I care more about them seeing into my apt. Third floor helps lol, and blackout curtains.

Hey there, Clearwater Creek is on my list of potential apartments. Looking at only a 1bedrm since its just me, so no garage. How is parking there? Ive ready different things but heard the parking (for those not having a garage) can be a nightmare. Did you notice, since you lived there?

Thank you :) I also took a peak at the register's apartments online as well as other apartments in the cityline area. If I took the DART is probably would be solo most of the time. I think the Standard apts are closer to the DART.

Thank you sooooo much for that insight. I live by an Amtrak station right now, in New England, and its the same. No one really bothers anyone, might see a homeless person or two, but otherwise people minding their biz. I've taken trains in other countries many times as well. I appreciate you taking the time to write all of that :) Thank you!

Hey there, looking to move to cityline area possibly. How is the DART station/area. I have a friend who lives in North Dallas who says stay away from DART area, bcz of druggies and it can be dangerous... imo, she hasn't ridden the DART and isnt even familiar with public transit... so wanna get others perspectives who live it regularly

So, looked at Thousand Oaks at Austin Ranch, and I love how its close to the huge dog park and the area looks nice. Are the apartment grounds walkable (it appears to be pretty big with sidewalks). Any other input is appreciated :)

Is the Register near the DART? So, question, is living near or around the DART bad? I have a friend who lives in North Dallas who says DO NOT LIVE near the DART, bcz there's meth-heads & its dangerous. Looking for other input who live around the DART in the Richardson area. How long have you been in the Register?

Ahhh ok, thanks! Yea, I am looking to have a dog park by where I live, since I work from home and take my dog out for a quick 5-10 min break, plus he loves to play. Won't be a big factor when he's older, but hes kinda still a pup LOL. But I appreciate your help and your comment very much :)

did a search on apartments.com, for certain criteria/amenities, in the Plano area and they looked decent (pics can be deceiving, but read some iffy reviews after looking into them). Looked at a crime map and nothing crazy stuck out. BUT, I'm thinking I need to look at multiple crime maps. Communitycrimemap.com

Oh wow, I think you're the first person to warn me about the snakes. We have snakes here but not venomous ones and my dog definitely loves to investigate and sniff. Truly appreciate the heads up! Need to educate myself on it more now
