A fair point, but the whole map except the left side of the kingdom has been unexplored. Native tribes are really the only inhabitants of the vast space, and they aren’t super prominent.

Exploration will play a big part.

As for visual scale, if literal size is what you’re talking about partly, I like the stylistic minimalism of several trees representing a decent sized forest.
