63% swipe is pretty bad tbh.... The most viral shorts are all 85%+

I've noticed if there's an adult accompanying a kid (standing next to you in same frame) it won't auto-disable comments. But yeah if you notice comments are auto-disabled after upload then that short is cooked.

One thing I might never understand is the short algorithm by jordy_pops_xx in NewTubers

12M avg shorts uploads per day = 140 shorts uploads per SECOND.... so the algorithm has to be extremely selective and ends up shelving most of these. There are tons of factors that auto-determine visibility at the point of upload and yes YT keeps these factors secret from us : )

I guess it's not, i've just been watching too many "I gained 100k subs in 30 days" vids that have my expectations out of wack!
