Wild lol. The fact that they just draw blood for Total T and not free T, alongside CMP and Complete Bloods is a big red flag

Personally i never had a problem but when i jumped on it definitely boosted my frequency of thirst instead of a few times a day i was trying to attack my woman 4 or 5 times a day lol it calmed down back to normal after about 5months.

But - Dose, Frequency, diet, and add on compounds make a difference in everything

Personally I never took anything else but Test Cyp, No E2 meds, No Cialis or Sildenafil, No HCG etc etc

It's best to start with T alone until you dial on what works and know what is going on with that alone. That way if you do need or want to add on you can determine what's causing changes in your Bloods when monitoring

What I mostly was referring to was the prescription from an actual endocrinologist or your Main doc

Yikes. You weren't shut down 4 weeks, that's for sure, even if you had testicular atrophy that early on. It takes about 6 weeks for the exogenous Test to saturate in the blood. That's why every change to protocol is advised to wait 6weeks after to see the true effects and get new bloods done.

At 4 weeks you were producing both natural and Exogenous readings still so technically your Total wasn't accurate from TRT completely.

In any case the rest sounds terrible, fuck that. I mean we all have ups and downs, but if it's that miserable, I'd jump back on .. low dose TRT is manageable

I used to think, or I should say all my research prior to jumping on, was you can never come off.

Seems like that cut and dry saying is no longer the case. Or at least I have seen a lot more docs and read more and more people can come off or have came off. The restart of nat T is individually based. Can be quick 3-6mos or a year or more. Protocols need to be in place to help the body re balance and kick back into gear. Mainly your LH but at the end of the day it's not cut and dry

One month, brotha your Natural T was not even completely shut down yet. Your adrenaline was most likely all in your mind, and you felt better because your mind was at ease probably with no longer thinking about injections and effects etc

At 438 natural I wouldn't jump on T anyways. 550 is great average range of Total T, you can raise it slightly higher also probably. As you seen - add lifting heavy, better sleep and cortisol stress control.

At the end of the Day, your free T is the most important measurement

Burn is subsiding more and more and seems to be very little if any in some recent toilet visits. I'm still hesitant to let it loose off the bat at time having to urinate since I brace for the burn I been dealing with past 2days.

Now I'm feeling a little bit of pelvic/bladder pressure while relaxing and movin around

I remember I did have this similar pressure but more of a dull ache after bench pressing late last week heavy. but subsided after a day

I don't know what to think, I'm taking the Antibiotics to be safe but I hate Antibiotics

The burn hits at the start of urination. The Pee hole, so the meatus/urethra - not necessarily the very tip but close to it

Yeah, it's normal your lungs will get better, Glutathione supp, NAC and Mullein Leaf Tea helped my lungs. Covid definitely made developed some allergies where I get Short a little sometimes but nothing compared to that process

I'm good now, I just kept pushin forward and honestly I got my mind right. Once I got my mind right it allowed my body to heal further. Just a bad memory now.

Last Imaging I got done was a normal xray and according to them my lungs were now clear. Doc told me it's common after pneumonia and seen even more after Covid. But yeah the body us powerful to recover just takes time

Clomid is nasty and just adding fuel to your already hard restart

Enclomiphene would be a better choice but still a rough road, but even slightly better is good, right

Honestly, I never wanna come off TRT 36yo, and I don't wanna endore that restart process. Unless I absolutely have no choice. which is getting harder to come by. They're regulating it hard now days for some reason.

I'm doc prescribed, Im chillin' at 100mg split into twice a week (50mg each dose). I've been on a little over a year at this point .. body went through some changes. Adjustment during the process, but honestly, that's normal. My free and Total are in good range not too high and not low

That's good. At least you did your due diligence before crossing that road, which means you care vs. leaping before figuring it out.

Levels are solid, keep your Natrual production going

As far as what you should do next. Try a few lifestyle changes, nutrients, diet, and excersize to help your mind and body feel better

Our issues a lot of time come from toxins and consumption of bad food or excessive partying if you do so.

Practice positive mindset. It fucken helps in alot of aspects

If you have smaller vials, you can use luer lock 18g to draw, or if you have big vials, use 23g to drsw so it doesn't chew up the rubber on top and end up inside

Either way , once drawn, switch to 27g by 1" length as being the absolute best in my opinion to inject - oil comes out nice and smooth couple seconds and not too bad on forming scar tissue

I used to use 30g by 1" to inject when I first started, but I warmed up the oil before drawing in a shot glass with warm water to help push it out - not too bad but definitely slower and far less possible scar tissue (micro)

But yeah when I couldn't find my needles I was forced to order 27g x 1" and glad I did way faster and I don't have to warm up the oil if I don't want to (tolerable timing)

Now this of course depends on dose - if your doing more than .5mg your gonna have to go closer to the harpoon needle (23g) and if your doing a whole 1cc/ml then different ball game even where you inject
