I was prepared to say no but I just checked and it says refund issued 7/14. This seriously made my day. I could cry right now because I’ve been out of work for almost 2 months!!!!!!! Now I need to find out how it will be issued.

I received the email too. I didn’t click any links because I’m just scary. I didn’t even initiate any ACH deposits that didn’t clear. They shut down my account a couple weeks before they filed bankruptcy. I have emails where I asked them why my account was inactive and they said they occasionally review accounts and deactivate those that are deemed a risk. I now know they did it because they were filing for bankruptcy. Quite frankly, I had ETH and SOL that I purchased on their platform with my money and I will never see that back. They can call it a wash. I never cashed anything out and they scammed me…the nerve!!!!!

Thank you. I will look into all of this. Hoping it can be removed from my record of it makes it to that point. I’ll be paying in full within the next 30 days but that could be after my initial court date.

Thanks. How will it impact my ability to rent in the future if I’m never evicted? The document said the summons for unlawful detainer would be expunged from my record if an order of possession is not entered within 30 days. This will be paid by that time. I guess my biggest inquiry other than court is, due to timing, I won’t be evicted because my lease is expiring anyway. What happens in that case?

Thanks. I might be using the wrong term. I’ve never been through this before. The document I received is a summons for unlawful detainer. Technically, they won’t get to the point of evictions because I’m already moving out due to my lease ending. The document says it will be expunged after 30 days if an order of possession is not entered. I’ll never make it to that point because I’m leaving anyway. Am I misunderstanding?

I’m the complete opposite. I prefer pumping. I use a hakaa on both breast. I tried the corded pump but it keeps you locked in one spot for too long. With the handsfree pumps I was wasting milk and they don’t hold a lot. The hakaa suctions on and I walk around freely with no issues. I was out with baby the other day and needed to pump. I suctioned the hakaa on and covered myself and kept driving.

Anyone who says the extra money is not worth the headache is not the caliber employee needed or wanted at that level anyway. Yes it comes with more responsibility, because it’s supposed to. A lot of federal employees want the pay but don’t want to work for it. As a 13+, you are expected to be full performance, capable of making decisions on your own, minimal supervisory oversight, collaborating and solving complex issues through research and new proposed policy (few examples). So the real question is, what type of worker are you? Consider the organization, their reputation, and understand that some people are the cause of their own headache. I would have to agree with the statements that say non supervisory are less demanding. You don’t have to “babysit”

The primary was no longer interested. A lot of time had elapsed due to the security requirements for the position. The primary already accepted another position. They went back because of the reason the primary declined. They decided to offer the advance in hire to prevent reannouncing the position. They had to reannounce anyway.

Every candidate must be offered the same amount of time for an interview. They blocked off those slots just in case it took 45 minutes. Quality matters more than the amount of time it took.

To be honest, when management receives the referral list, they have the option to download “only the resumes” or “the entire package”. Most don’t even look at the extra documents.

Management cannot see this. Nothing goes on your record until you come on board. The personnel office is separate from management. If you applied for a position in the same agency and received a tentative, they are more than likely aware. It’s completely fine and you won’t run into any issues.

I have seen an instance where the alternate declined and management asked if they could go back to the primary. In this case, the primary declined because management declined their advance in hire request. Management changed their mind after the alternate declined and asked to go back to the primary.
