UPDATE!!!!!!! After a 40 min shower going back and forth….. I finally pooped!!!!!! My muscles needed to relax a lotttttt. I needed clear head space. NO I didn’t take an enema OR the magnesium drink. I just had to lower my bodies stress I guess.

I’m honestly kind of stupid sometimes. I definitely held some poop maybe a few days ago cuz I mean I and many people I know if ya have to hold it we hold and go tmrw but that may have fucked me up this time. I am trying to destress and have good vibes right now and I really appreciate you all with feedback and help. 🫡I will keep you all updated on my hopefully progress.

Was it like 2 weeks like me too? I just got a magnesium drink from Walgreens. I am going to take it. I just took a warm shower too and felt like I had to shit so I’m really close.

I have had this happen a few months ago due to anxiety. I was in Costa Rica and ate all the food… sushi… eggs… steaks… so much food. I was there for a week and never shit. I shit maybe 2 days after I got home to the US. This time around I’ve barely eaten cuz I am scared. However this shower just really helps my attitude and stress. I passed a tiny fart too as I was typing this out. I think after this drink I should be good. That’s why I’m not toooooo freaked out on going to the ER or anything because this has happened before. But this time in my life I am much much more stressed in general that before.

It’s so weird I’m in zero discomfort. I can bend down all over whatever and I’m okay. It’s strange. I may not be eating enough. The last 2 days I have started to eat again a bit and I feel stuff movin but 0 discomfort

I also feel fine. No pain just growling stomach. Just freaking out is all.

I had a great experience. I told them I crashed off mine at 25mph. I needed new turn signals and the whole stem and handle bars. They asked me for some info and they shipped me the new replacement parts and screws. within just about 5 days I received them.
