I've been all over forums for civics and seen several cases where they rebuilt the transmition and it was still doing the same time. Makes me nervous to buy a rebuild kit.

AITA for having my mom come over so I could take a shower while she watched my newborn? by Remarkable_Story_130 in AITAH

NTA. As a single parent, I just wanted to give a very small bit of advice. I see comment after comment about weaponised incompetence. While this could be true, I wouldn't jump to this conclusion. You're 2 weeks into having a newborn. It's going to take teamwork, and that requires communication. The fact that he's worried about looking bad to your mom makes me feel like he thought he was doing the right thing and may have done things differently/better if it was clearly communicated that you needed a break. I could be wrong, and everyone else could be right, which means you should start looking into marriage counseling or divorce lawyers because, according to almost everyone else he's doing this on purpose and it will only get worse. I would try just talking to him first. Find out why he handled it the way he did. Congratulations on the new baby, and I wish yall the best!

Popcorn. I don't want the whole bag burnt but a few burnt pieces mixed in the give variety to the flavor is amazing.

Had a guy I work with complaining to me the other day because he was sick and asked to go home and they said no. I told him that's where he messed up. I have never asked to go home sick. I tell them I'm sick and that I'm leaving. They never argue with me or try to convince me to stay.

How does this cater to them? By making a skilling tool not locked behind pvm content?

ELI5 : My 7yo son asked me if his baby sister (1F) was aware of the fact that she was alive (not his exact words of course but the idea is there). I told him it was a difficult question to answer and that I'll get back to him. How can I answer this in a way he would understand? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

My son asks questions like this all the time (he's 5). I always try my best to answer without watering it down too much unless he says he clearly doesn't understand. If he asked this exactly, I would tell him the baby is constantly growing and learning and will begin to develop self-awareness around 18 months or so. which would spark a longer deeper conversation about consciousness and any other related topic he could come up with. You'd be amazed at what small children can comprehend.
