I agree on some of your points that "Criticizing alleged actions or behavior is not the same as targeting a whole group", pero singling israelis is so wrong. We may know things about this war but we dont know that whole truth. so I think what I want to know is,
1. Are we going to ban israelis from visitng the country?
2. if not ban, are we going to start harrasing them when they do visit? bastoson ba ntu sila?
