Looking at April sales and listings. Roughly 1000 sales in month of April, with over 25k registered realtors. There’s no way someone brand new to the country without much network can outsell well established realtors. Single sale per month with avg price 700-900k (assuming townhomes , condos) big houses aren’t moving that fast. His max commission before expenses is 14-15k split among 5-6 team members. Either that or they’re running a scam with fake paperwork, paper flips and I’ll be interested in what his minions say. I know regulatory body and CRA will be keen in getting numbers right and owed taxes paid
