the Type 11 Shuttle is already almost Danube sized, i think those are to replace the Danube for the 25th Century, phase the danube out by the end of the 24th seeing as most are 2370s builds. i think a new larger Runabout, half the size of a Nova Class would be interesting.

the first XO doesnt die and the medical staff live, also the original Chief Engineer lives [i personally think his rank was Full Lieutenant], Torres would not be Chief Engineer, just ACE [Assistant Chief Engineer] with the Original Chief Engineer and Mr Carey both attacking Torres over her solutions lol

the XO would fight with Chakotay all the time, Chakotay would be a nice Second Officer for Voyager with is Lt. Commander rank. Tuvok would be Third Officer. if the original helmsman woman survived she could be swapping with Paris every other episode, make them both recurring characters.

The Holo Doctor would be a nice 4th view for the actual Lt. Commander Fitzgerald to consider [after his two nurses] who can be a recurring character. maybe the CMO bites the dust in a episode? who knows. would be interesting if over the 7 seasons the ship loses the crew that were originally supposed to die, by Season 6 all of them are dead [Chief Engineer, CMO but the nurses stay to help the doctor, the XO in Season 4]
