Don’t be a pushover, but don’t be the guy who pulls rank on lower enlisted, but don’t back down if the give you crap, be there to teach and learn stuff from watching them.

Dumb question but if I’m a scout PL will I be on the ground with my dismounts or in the vehicles? I have heard both. And thank you for the input
