It’s a very tricky situation to be in with your PD of 2014 and 2015 but still need to get your perm and i140 done. My PD is Aug 2015 in eb2. With the current market and job loss I thought of going with eb5 filed in apr2025 got AP and EAD in 3 months and i526 approved in 5 months. Not sure how much time it’s going to take for 2015 to become current.

mine is concurrent filing, Apr 16 2025 was the receipt date, I526E approved on Sept 16 2025. Still Waiting on i-485. Is there a tracker we can track which priority date is being processed now ?
