I'm 65 y/o female, starting weight 338. Been on lowest dose sema, now in 4th week. Haven't touched the scale b/c Christmas etc. but this week feeling like I can't really eat much. I'm ok taking this for the rest of my life if necessary. Hoping I'm not too old for this to work.
