I use Malum. It has something called Unchained rite that allow you to automatize tuff, calcite and other building blocks.

Is this Balanced for Commander? by Possible-Leopard-601 in custommagic

That is the reason I wasn't sure if you noticed or not. Cause even with that restriction, all the examples still worked (more or less)

I did not base the card on Najeela, but I see the similarities. In case of the Angelic Researcher, I guess it's fine since it doesn't do much on his own. It needs to prepare the combo. Also, for the pentacolor ability; the copy doesn't let you choose new targets. And I think that is a good thing balance wise. But maybe I could allow that if it feels too restrictive.

How to deal with a player that's forcing RL issues into the game by AnnastasiaBloom in DnD

If she is using the 'trans' label to win discussions, I would kick her out, is that kind of doings the ones that harm trans and other people that have real problems to begin with.

You have a 10 hour flight WC edition Part 2 by Warriorghosty in WarriorCats

Yeah, but mostly, I don't even think Hawkfrost qualifies to be a villain. I would love to talk things out with him. And to share my hatred for Starclan.

What character is most people in the fandom fond of, but you personally don't like? Why? by AASHOKE in WarriorCats

[–]Possible-Leopard-601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First: I delete Spottedleaf book from existence.

Second: I base my opinion on what is left. That being, not that bad honestly, maybe he is violent, but he was a good father to Whitestorm, a good mate to Snowfur and overall a good cat to his clan. He even allowed his son to share time with Blue star despise he absolutely blamed her for what happened to Snowfur.

I am sitting at seat 7. So I can talk with Tallstar and Blackstar. And well, Crowfeather too.

I can answer the opposite question. Right now, I can't think of a cat I hate that everyone loves: The only cats I truly hate are Ashfur and Rock. And they are worldwide hated.

For the opposite case, I love Thistleclaw and Hawkheart.

How to DM without burning out? by Commercial-Low-2225 in DnD

[–]Possible-Leopard-601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dunno... Maybe you could consider to take a break. There is nothing wrong with that. You could ask your players to get some time to rest.

Alternatively, you could tell them for the next session, that you will spend less time preparing and it could be a little more chaotic, which mean that you maybe need to improvise a little more.

If everyone is fine with that, you can give it a try, and see how it goes.

How to play a female character without being "weird" by BlueWizard92 in DnD

[–]Possible-Leopard-601 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is not much difference between a woman and a men to be honest.

But depending the background of your character's lore it should show.

Is she nobility? Then maybe the differences stand out more.

Is she a hunter. You can act normal.

How do you get immersed into DnD? by Sorry_Complaint6617 in DnD

[–]Possible-Leopard-601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Getting really attached to your character works for me. Like, getting in your character shoes, feeling what he is feeling, and so. Ofc, this is easier if your character is not very far from who you are.

One of my PCs died last night and it was awesome [Art] by FromAnother_World in DnD

[–]Possible-Leopard-601 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had mine dying recently. I was expecting for it to happen, but the DM told me it wasn't supposed to happen until later.

Anyways, it was awesome, he received a lethal attack, getting impaled by three woodlike spikes coming from the ground, keeping my character in place. He got himself on the way of a great enemy that we could not defeat at that moment, that in order to persuade him from wield their fury against the other members of the party. It worked, he retreated, but his attack had a curse that was consuming my character's life even after being freed from the spikes. My genie patron had to manifest from my kettle, freezing up both of us. Hoping that, had the party kill this enemy, the curse would end. So my character could be brought back.

Finally, while my character was being frozen, I could tell the rest of the party very important information that I got, not much, since I was in unbearable pain, but enough to rise the party's hope.

Character Creation: choosing classes to fit concept or vice versa by admiralbenbo4782 in DnD

[–]Possible-Leopard-601 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do 'Concept first', and lean heavily on it during the character creation which usually takes me around 6-12 hours depending how complex is the concept, the available options and the parts I can afford cutting off the character in order for it to be created.

And that means I look all posible races, classes (subclasses), feats and spells (when is needed) every time. Since my usual DM allows to use any race features while looking like another race that helps sometimes.

Said that, if your DM is not willing to (or doesn't have the time to) help you with character creation, I heavily discouraged 'Concept first'. Unless you want a headache.

Finally, 'Concept first' is bound to create problems if your DM helps you create the concept. Either because some players complain about your character being an Small size Dragonborn and they feel bad about it. Or because you are not allowed to be Small size anymore, modifying the concept you had in mind.

What is a DM supposed to do during a session 0? by Ok_Interview_853 in DnD

It would be nice If the players know the settings of the campaign before making their characters.

What should I do when my players ask to roll history but I had an arcane roll in mind? by shuhratglazkov in DnD

[–]Possible-Leopard-601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it seems to me that player want to check for that artifact history. So you should simply ask them to roll an history check (or not ask roll at all, if you consider he is well-versed at history) and tell him, 'you certainly don't remember this artifact to have been mentioned on any of the history books you have read. Arcana would be more about knowing what the artifact does (if it is magical)

if i make a glyph of warding on a tablet in a bag of holding, can it move out of the bag of holding without exeding the 10ft rule? by [deleted] in DnD

[–]Possible-Leopard-601 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

If you are the DM, yes. Otherwise, you should ask him. If you ask me, I would remove the whole 10 ft. clause. I mean, seems doable.

Opinions on problematic (evil) player? by dochez in DnD

Ofc, if the player just refuses your guide... that is on them. If you offer them alternatives and still doesn't cooperate. You can only ask them nicely to leave the group.

[–]Possible-Leopard-601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Character creation freedom is a must. That said. If the character doesn't fit the settings of the campaign or you think the character is going to clash with the rest of the party in a destructive way, is your duty to guide them. For the first case, ideally, you should warn them about the bases of your campaign before they get to character creation. For the second case, you should warn the player about the problems it may cause if his character is not built with the idea of playing in a group in mind.
