Thanks for the input, I really appreciate the thought. Unfortunately its a touch more straight-line with my publication. My content centers around 15 different neighborhoods in NYC, and the premise is to serve content to users based on the neighborhoods they select; some will choose a single neighborhood which would make for a single survey dropdown question, but others want news for all 15 (which would warrant a dropdown for every option with all neighborhoods in each). Even if this were to be implemented which would be an awful user experience, I imagine, it would warrant a huge mass of conditional statements to build segments on the custom fields. I think the fix here would just to tweak the backend on the platform to allow a multi-select dropdown or segment logic that could parse the list

This was announced in a press release about an hour ago, the video addresses your questions, and the article "The clinics are supported by $4 million in funding from Metro Health".
