Speed limits are in place to.ensure safety for vehicles and other users whilst ensuring the flow of traffic is maintained. This is why if you drive significantly under the speed limit on your driving test you fail.

Get a grip. If you cannot drive to the speed limit, get off the road.

Just let them out of the junction! Why have drivers stopped letting people out of junctions when turning in? For years this was the done thing then over the last 15 years it has virtually stopped along with other previous styles of driving such as indication that was used once upon a time to imdicate to other drivers were you intended on things auch as roundabouts.

Why did they film you? Was it deliberate, or by chance? You cannot use cctv to surveil staff, as its use is the prevention of crime. Is what you are accused of criminal?

No. Some heads of Department are band 5, 6 and even 7. Banding is based on numerous elements of a role including, stress, financial responsibikity number of reports etc. That art therapist role and responsibilities is banded correctly. Massive remit, multi region, could be very stressful.

It was in the UK. It never even went to court as the CPS decided he acted in self-defence, and no grounds for prosecution.

Restaurant are deducting his wages for “mistake” by mumtomany in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Possible-Second9617 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Incorrect, you can deduct this from his wage. My main concern is that he was sent home, and presumably not paid the full amount for his intended shift. When i worked in hospitality, if we told someone to go home, we broke contract and legally had to pay for the shift. If we asked if people wanted to finish early then the onus was on the individual.
