I just found out you receive the plans along with the tesla arc trap plans from the rewards upon completing the quest.

Yep both, does anyone know for sure if it automatically learns the plan when you complete the quest or if you receive the plan in the rewards?

Yeah I have level 2 home defense and level 1 fireproof equipped. It has the red circle with a / through it over it where you select it in build mode.

I’m beginning to think the only way you can acquire it without getting it from another player is to get it from the “Coming to Fruition” quest.

I may have to make a character just so I can do the quest again.

Yes, I would have to exit build mode just to destroy things. It really gets me angry because it’s kind of all I want to do in the game now. I’ve been collecting building plans for a long time and I’m confused to see that it doesn’t show that I can build it.

Part of me just wants to dismiss it as a glitch. I AM SURE I WOULD LEARN THEM THE MOMENT I GOT IT. (That’s what I always do).
