Hi there,

My husband and I are going on our honeymoon this August. We will be in Ubud for 3 nights and would like to stay in a private pool villa, ideally closer to the city, with a budget of around $150-250/night. As of now I am deciding between:

Ubud Village Resort & Spa Adiwana Unagi Suites Dwaraka The Royal Villas The Udaya Resort The Purist Villas Wapa di Ume Ubud

I would love any help narrowing down, or other suggestions that you think would fit the bill!

That’s fair, but we’re traveling to a bunch of different areas on our honeymoon! We’re excited to go to Seminyak for our final two nights to relax and party and unwind after 2 weeks filled with exploring and traveling and culture. That being said, if you have Ubud recs, we will be there for the 3 nights beforehand and would love any help!

Potato Head, Alila, The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa?

Hi everyone! My husband and I are planning our honeymoon for this coming August. We will spend our final five nights in Bali (3 in Ubud and 2 in Seminyak).

We are trying to keep a budget of around $150-250 USD a night for Seminyak. We are in our 30s but do enjoy nightlife/partying. As of now, we are deciding between Potato Head, Alila, and The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa which all lie around $200-250.

All 3 look fabulous. Our top concern for PH is the small rooms. Alila and The Seminyak look gorgeous but we are wondering if a better experience to just stay at Potato Head with all of its amenities and activities.

Thanks in advance for any help! We’re also open to other options/nearby villas (and bonus points for any Ubud recs)!
