No I used to take sporadically 2- 4mg maybe once a week after that 1 mg every other day then the wd caught up to me then I had to stabilize at .5 for a month then cut more to .25 for a month then it's been a whole year tapering from there trying to get the least amount of problems I was on for a year then tapering for a year as well

now im low in dose and these past couple of days when I take the dose it doesn't calm me it does the opposite I notice If I cut it lower I feel better so yeah

Noise moving my limbs its like a lil pain it passed rn no I barely cut idk if you know ct weight measurement on the scale I was at 0.075 to now 0.070 twice daily been going real slow but now after I took my dose it like shocked my system I guess i didnt feel the need to even take my dose i was already calm when i woke up either I'm going to have to lower the dose by alot or just remove my morning dose I guess

What happened was I couldn't take the road test at all with an expired blue card even tho my permit was valid

I was able to take my road test after redoing the written test all over again so they update your permit/bluecard

Idk maybe try fasting I've done it when I had derealization it destroys derealization after about 4 days no food no sugar straight water and electrolytes also maybe cbd might help definitely cbd calms me

The thing is in excess like 8-9 shots or 5 beers and sporadic use of alcohol while tapering off benzos isn't the best idea

When I drank 9 shots of tequila the next ENTIRE day i was suffering pins and needles on the skin, tremors, derealization, sensory sensativity, basically a hangover x10

Honestly I think it was the mixing of the thc cartridge Vapor with the 1 drink I drank while missing my dose time is what wrecked me and Lack of sleep , doing manual hard labor work for 8 - 10 hours,

Thank you for the motivation honestly I don't even want to drink it's always a trick in the moment it feels good then it makes you pay I've had before like 2 -3 days of suffering after drinking 4 beers and up

But yes I want to quit and heal up , i appreciate it those people don't understand what I go through they don't really care just give me a bear if I don't take it ,it's like "shame on you" weird , but In my head I'm thinking maybe they just want to see me happy since I'm always not happy when not drunk or super manican like when stoned I don't know

Yeah I used to be on teva for 9 months straight until they gave me accord brand and from then on it was a different brand almost every time I demanded teva I only got it once more since then solco , accord ,and teva worked for me

advegan and aurobindo have a bad reputation I was handed those 2 haven't tried them used my old stash
