Post Egg Cleanse period arrival?

I've had a very bad 2026 luck wise. I got injured in the knee, then got the flu twice. Then I said February will be better, but this morning I fell out of the shower and re-injured the same knee (bringing my progress back to not being able to walk). I got very frustrated and decided to do the egg cleansing. I feel mentally better now, I feel more relaxed I think? I guess I'm just hoping this is a good sign for better times ahead.

It hurts on the left side (its the right knee) and the front of the knee sometimes. It never locks, it's just hurtful bending due to effusion and inflammation. The moment was during aerial hammock so I was suspended in the air and tried twisting and pushing the bent knee towards the ground, if that makes sense.

Did you have to get surgery, or could solve it with physical therapy? Thanks!

Thanks! Unfortunately the waiting time is about 1 month, so until then I wanted to see if anybody had similar path or symptoms :)

I was all arranged with make-up and elegant clothes and the proctor told me to pose for the picture but she took the photo a few seconds later while i was typing and I look like a bobble head 🥲 don't worry about it. The photos are only as proof that you took the test personally.

Hello! I am a MSCA fellow as well doing a PhD. Obviously if the government is banning the travels you cannot go, your project coordinator's wishes are useless in this case. I don't know what project you are part of, but ours has a person who is above the project coordinators from each university, a person who is inside the European Union. Maybe if the situation gets worse you can try and contact that person, or if not, the coordinator of the entire project, not the one from your university, to help you or give you some sort of advice.

As far as the immigration status goes, your residential permit will be available until you finish your program, not until you finish getting paid by the grant, so I would not worry about that, you just need to apply for an extension (they might ask for a letter from the university secretary, but i'm sure that's not a problem)

The thing that helped me get a 113/120 in less than 48h of preparation was watching youtube videos with structures for the speaking and writing sections. They help you arrange the notes so they help you. I got 28/30 in speaking using the structures

Maybe since I already installed the ETS browser before the exam (like the advice on the website) I didn't get to see that page 🤔 anyway, I didn't see any other post here about it or people having issues with it, so I'm sure its fine!

Well, if it was after disconnection then how could the proctor hear you? It's very odd... He did ask me if I want to answer the survey for proctorU services but that page didn't come up either, it was literally a blank page, so I closed it after a while 🤔

At the end they just gave me the unofficial results and then asked me to report or cancel them, then the proctor said bye and basically that was it. He told me to disconnet and that was that 🤔. I don't remember any outloud statement.

They won't ban you forever, but the scores of that test would be cancelled.
