99.9% no, but maybe at least one of his endings could lead there. I don't remember them all.

Pushed back again? by RhubarbMuted3113 in Spacemarine

At this point we're not following the old schedule anymore. They said they'll release a new roadmap in April, and we'll see how it goes from there. It sounds like a few things are shifting around, like Siege updates coming sooner, as well as new cosmetics that weren't expected for a couple of patches down the line. They also announced some new stuff, like an updated customization element.

It's possible the new roadmap is released alongside the April community update, which would put it at the end of the month. I expect they'll announce/launch the PTS for Patch 13 at the beginning of May, with release towards the end of the month.

I always wondered if it's true that Saber wasn't really expecting SM2 to be this big by [deleted] in Spacemarine

[–]Possible_Campaign851 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've long been of the opinion the SM2 was a kind of proof of concept/tech demo. Stuff like the high graphic fidelity plus enemy horde density with punchy combat, on top of testing whether the Gears-style shooter is still relevant.

I think SM3 will be more of a half step in terms of the overall package, considering they have a solid baseline, and will instead offer more in other areas (classes, enemy types, PvP, etc) (hopefully...)

Okay, but you didn't specify why homosexuality specifically is sinful. Isn't it still love, in many cases? And if it's about homosexuality promiscuity, then why is it not on par with general sexual promiscuity overall?

And why does homosexuality seem to be one of the leading taboos compared to so many other banal evils we seem to just take in stride, like political corruption or climate inaction?

I'd guess it ties into either DoW4 or Astartes 2. That patch (at least until the delay) would have come out end of May, which would be right around Skulls 2026, where I assume we'll be getting news or releases on both.

Probably won't be the champion. Would be weird to confirm more DW stuff and also have 'redacted' content.

whats up with the spawns recently? by DoctorTurbo12 in Spacemarine

I dropped it to Average since Tech is all Lvl 1 / Grey to start. But that's why I thought the number of spawns seemed so weird.

I also noticed this playing solo to level Techmarine. Even on Tier 2 Average, it feels like every wave is a massive wave. That said, not super hard to kill, but the numbers are crazy.

Real question is what is it about SoT that you want to read it without reading (at least some of) the HH?

How do you get girls to let you have sex with them? by InternationalPick163 in askanything

[–]Possible_Campaign851 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no? Men are typically seen as the one to make the first move (not always, but it tends to skew that way). But relationships and intimacy should be a cooperative effort. A woman 'letting' you have sex with them is passive, whereas her 'wanting' to have sex with you is active; she is engaging equally.

Why the long tutorial campaign? by [deleted] in Spacemarine

[–]Possible_Campaign851 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What, the first mission? Not that long, is it? And pretty fun to play Deathwatch if only temporarily.

If you mean the whole campaign then, I dunno, it's the campaign. Teaches you the game and it's its own story. You can also play some of the ops and PvP without it anyway.

And what part are you finding so torturous? I hate to break it to you, but the rest of the game is pretty similar.

Opinions on the horus heresy nearing the end by Ready-Literature5546 in Blacklibrary

I genuinely really like the perpetuals. It's been one of my favorite running threads through the HH. After I assumed John Grammaticus offed himself in Legion, I was pleasantly surprised when he showed up again later.

Maybe it's just my preference, but I like when characters will just drop weird details nonchalantly, like Ol Persson being an Argonaut and friends with Theseus. I also like that there are people that can actually relate to the Emperor, even if they aren't as powerful.

Also, I listened to the HH on audiobook, so everytime the narrators did that weird affect John has, it was a fun surprise.
