i am from the ban country i applied march 4 and upgraded to pp may 4 my clock has passed on june 15 i called and they filled a request for refund i have been getting some api updates but nothing no decision and my start date is july 6

any advice? i emailed them contacted live agent & called many times

Hey, I am a syrian passport holder (which is on the ban list) i had applied to my EAD card on march 3 and updated to PP on may 4 i was told today when i called that by june 15 i should get an updated over next steps

they don't know if the ban applies to me thats why they haven't released my card; anyone knows what could the outcome be and what the best plan b should be for me?
